Current Projects

  • Monthly articles on e-commerce and small business for The Hour and the Fairfield and Westchester County Business Journals. 1999-present
  • Professional Speaker. Speeches and workshops to companies, universities and think tanks.
  • Team Builder. Programs on team building, communication, creativity and marketing/business development.
  • High Talent Creative Resource and Networking Group. Founder and facilitator.
  • Networking breakfasts. These were launched in Norwalk in November 1997 in Stamford in May 2000.  The business owner presents 15-20 minutes on their business and provides breakfast for 25-75 people. There is a meeting theme, and everyone in attendance introduces themselves. Networking opportunities before and after the event.
  • Fairfield County Microenterprise Council. Microlending project in Ecuador. We have helped over 4500 people starts businesses in the country. We have 22 employees. In May 2004 we are celebrating our fifth anniversary, and we are starting a microlending project in Chile in April 2004.
  • Stamford and Norwalk CT Chambers. Programs, editor, speaker, etc.
  • Darien Land Trust. Preserve 220 year old Stephen Mather property which is in danger of being subdivided. One of the descendents created the National Park Service. Extremely historic and unique open four corners site which the Tories invaded in the late 1700s (darien.org )
  • Community Health Charities Executive committee member of statewide health organization that raises money through the workplace for 26 health agencies.
